All sales are final once your photos are received.

Lead time commences once we've received the required preliminary information on your space (photos, inspiration photos and measurements) and all have been approved.

The current lead time is 2 weeks per room. Anything beyond the scope of work will incur additional cost(s) and may cause a delay in the 2 week lead time, which excludes holidays.

All items chosen are currently available at the time of selection. The client is responsible for promptly acquiring these products within a reasonable timeframe to ensure their availability before they become unavailable.
